Return Policy
Like most specialty magic retailers, all sales on Dreamlandmagic.com are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on purchased items, including instant magic downloads. The value of a magic trick lies in its secret — so once that secret is known, it can’t be “returned.” Because of this, we only accept returns under the specific circumstance outlined below.
Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives defective or was damaged in shipping, we’ll replace it at no cost to you within 30 days of delivery. This does not cover items damaged or lost after delivery, or issues caused by normal wear and tear.
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number — this must be obtained before you send anything back.
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the return package.
Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused or sent back to the sender. Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll ship a replacement promptly. In many cases, you won’t need to return the item at all — a clear photo of the defect is often enough.
A Note on Magic Tricks
Magic tricks aren’t like other products. Most good tricks work because of a simple, well-kept secret — and once you know it, you can’t un-know it. Every trick on this site has been performance-tested in front of real audiences, and each one is designed to fool people. That said, if something didn’t meet your expectations, reach out by email. We’ll always try to make it right.
