Question -How long does it take for my order to arrive?
It depends on what method you selected. First Class mail takes about 3-5 days once the item is processed and shipped. Priority mail take about 2-4 days. Items take about 24 hours to process for shipping. We are open Monday - Friday for processing. All orders are shipped from Portland, Oregon. So If you live in the Western USA your order should arrive quicker. If you have ordered Flash Paper. USPS Ground takes from 5-12 business days on average. Example times: If you live on the East Coast it would take about 12 days. If you live in the NW USA it would take 2-3 days. UPS Ground is the faster option. Here are the average shipping times below:
Can we ship Flash Paper by Priority Mail
We only ship Flash Paper by Ground Shipping. This is due to shipping regulations. All orders take 24 hours to process and ship on average Monday - Friday. Saturday & Sunday closed. US Postal Service Ground takes 5-13 business days on average. Sooner the closer to Oregon you are. UPS delivery is faster. Here are the average times. What countries do you ship to?
We only ship to certain countries. Canada, England, Germany, etc. Please check with us first before ordering to see if we can ship to your Country.
How long do International orders take?
It depends on where you are located. If you select First Class International shipping time varies from 1-4 weeks on average. Express shipping takes on average from 5-10 days.
How long does it take to ship out the order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on working days. If an item is a special order item, please add 2-3 days extra time. If an item is out of stock and it will take more than a couple days to arrive we will notify you.

How do i track my Domestic order?
An email will be sent to you after your order with the USPS.com delivery confirmation # It can be entered at USPS.com If you cannot find the email please check your "junk folder"
How do i track my International order?
First Class International does not have a tracking #. It only has a customs # which is sometimes updated at USPS.com. Usually only shows when it is sent or leaves the country. Express mail does come with a tracking number which can be tracked USPS.com or here
I do not see my country listed. Can you ship to my country?
We only ship to certain countries. If you do not see yours listed than we do not ship to it. Some countries like Indonesia, Malaysia, etc we will ship to but we only accept payment via Western Union money transfer. So please email us first. If you are making a larger International order please email us first. As we may require payment via Western Union.
