 Return Policy

Like most other magic shops we do not allow any of our items to be returned for a refund or exchanged for another trick.
We will replace defective items or items that were damaged in transit. We will not replace items broken or lost by customers. If you received an item that was broken in shipment or defective you must contact us within 24 hours. Once an order is received and opened there are no returns unless defective.
All returns must have an RMA #. If we receive a package without the RMA # on the front it will be refused or returned.

Please note regarding Tarantula that Yigal Mesika  has requested that customers contact him directly regarding ALL electronic defective items including Tarantula.

For this reason, Dreamlandmagic.com cannot accept returns on electronic Mesika items. The only product we carry from him is the Tarantula. This was a decision by Yigal Mesika as he wishes to provide direct support to his customers and personally address any technical issues, questions or concerns regarding his electronic products

Magic tricks are different than most other items. Most good magic tricks have simple secrets that make them work. Most of the value of a magic trick is in knowing the secret behind the trick. Once the secret is known that knowledge cannot be erased from your memory. All of the tricks on this site have been tested in front of real audiences. And each trick will fool people.
Each trick must be practiced even if simple. If you are very impatient I would not recommend magic as a hobby.
